I previously owned a rural and undeveloped property in the Dripping Springs area. I first listed the property with another realtor who was highly competent, but after six (6) months of limited activity I relisted the property with Stephanie. She was not afraid to take on the rugged and elevated terrain of this property with personal walks so that she could best assist clients with the vision of this property. Not sure who has seen the Austin area market recently. It’s incredibly hot and hugely benefitting the sellers. Most of my friends had been looking for a home for 8+ months and had already written 10+ offers, all of which were beat out!
