ABOUT SHELBY BEEM

Born and raised in Austin and now proudly rooted in Dripping Springs for over eight years, Shelby brings a deep love for the Hill Country and a passion for helping people find the place they’re meant to call home. 

Though newly licensed, Shelby has been immersed in real estate for over 15 years through her husband, Garrett, a longtime agent. That experience has shaped her understanding of the market and the importance of building lasting relationships with clients. 

Before entering real estate, her journey took her to Napa Valley, where she met her husband, Garrett, and spent eight years working at a winery. She also attended culinary school, worked as a procurement coordinator, and launched her own small business—Beem’s Bottles and Barrels—where she creates handcrafted pieces from reclaimed wine barrels. Each chapter of her career has sharpened her attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to exceptional service. 

A devoted wife and mother of three, Shelby is deeply rooted in her faith. She actively serves in her church community and is committed to spiritual growth through Bible Study Fellowship. Her values of integrity, compassion, and service guide every client relationship, helping people not just find a house, but a place to truly call home.
