ABOUT RACHEL ROTHERMEL ROGERS

Rachel is a native Texan and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Spanish, graduating with honors. Following her time at UT, Rachel lived in Peru for two years while serving in the U.S. Peace Corps, where she developed fluency in Spanish and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and communities.

Before transitioning into real estate, Rachel built a 15-year career in international education, partnering closely with universities and clients while advancing into leadership roles overseeing a team of 30. This background shaped her people-first mindset and strong commitment to service. She believes the most successful outcomes come from listening carefully, advocating fully, and leading with a servant’s heart.

After a decade of personally buying and selling homes in Austin, Rachel brings her firsthand experience to clients navigating one of life’s most significant investments. She specializes in the greater Austin area, with a particular focus on Dripping Springs and the Texas Hill Country, where she resides, and is known for going above and beyond to ensure her clients feel informed, confident, and supported at every step. Rachel treats every transaction as if it were her own, whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, or seasoned homeowners. She is passionate about helping clients not just find a house, but a lifestyle that truly fits their needs and long-term goals. Her analytical background, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail allow her to guide clients through the process.

When she is not working with clients, Rachel enjoys spending time with her two children, staying active through neighborhood jogging and hikes, or curling up with a good book for her book club. She also serves at Canyon Church and as the Cookie Coordinator for her daughter's Girl Scout troop. She also loves to travel and seek out new adventures.
