ABOUT ANYA WHALEY

As a seasoned real estate professional and 14-year Dripping Springs local, Anya is dedicated to serving her community with authenticity, expertise, and efficiency. She prioritizes her clients’ goals; ensuring every transaction is smooth, strategic, and tailored to their needs and price point.

Anya grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma- until she realized she lived in Oklahoma and moved to Texas at 13! After relocating to Austin at 17, she lived across many of its vibrant neighborhoods- East, South, and West before settling in Dripping Springs in 2013, back when it was still a small, quiet town. Having lived throughout Central Texas, she brings a deep understanding of the area’s growth, character, and communities and she loves helping others find their perfect place here in the Hill Country.

Before real estate, she worked as a personal trainer at the YMCA in Dripping Springs, focusing on active older adults. A passion that naturally evolved into helping clients rightsize their homes and lifestyles. She got into real estate after COVID as a way to stay connected, serve others, and continue helping people through life’s transitions.

Community involvement is at the heart of what she does. She currently serves on the Board of the National Charity League with her daughter, as well as the Dripping Springs Cheer Booster. She also volunteers with Hopeful Farm, the Pound House, and Foster Village.

Anya lives in downtown Dripping Springs with her husband, their three kids, and four dogs — all of whom keep life full, fun, and beautifully chaotic. Their family loves to travel, cheer, and give back to the community they call home.
