We got our eyes on plans for several phases of both commercial and residential projects that are currently in the works in Dripping Springs. These plans include about 4 acres of commercial land located at the entry to the award-winning 1,000-home Headwaters master planned community at HWY 290 and Headwaters Blvd. in Dripping Springs, Texas.
The residential projects include 9,297 lots that are currently in active status, as well as 4,122 lots in the pipeline for future projects – for a total of 13,419 lots. Multiply that by the 2.7 average household size and we’re looking at an estimated 36,231 population increase upon completion.
