ABOUT DANIEL HUNT

Daniel Hunt brings a practical investor’s perspective to commercial real estate. Raised in Midland, Texas, he grew up around construction as the son of a home builder, spending much of his early life on job sites with his father and brothers. That early exposure developed his understanding of how properties are built and gave him a trained eye for structural quality and long-term value.

Over the years, Daniel has personally invested in and improved several commercial properties, primarily industrial, office, and mixed-use buildings in the Midland market. Through these projects he developed a strong ability to identify opportunity, reposition properties through strategic upgrades, and create long-term value.

Daniel’s professional background also includes more than a decade in the oil and gas industry, where he specialized in selling structural pipe and tubing used in construction, ranching, and infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada. This experience strengthened his knowledge of industrial property uses, land value, and the practical needs of businesses operating in these sectors.

Known for his honest guidance and fair negotiating style, Daniel works closely with commercial clients to evaluate opportunities, determine realistic pricing strategies, and identify improvements that may increase overall property value. Whether helping a client sell a property as-is or position it for stronger returns, his focus is always on long-term results.

Now based in Dripping Springs and working with NestHaven Properties, Daniel serves investors, property owners, and business clients throughout the Texas Hill Country and West Texas markets.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys life in the Hill Country with his wife Haley, their three daughters, and their four dogs.
