I previously owned a rural and undeveloped property in the Dripping Springs area. I first listed the property with another realtor who was highly competent, but after six (6) months of limited activity I relisted the property with Stephanie. Not sure who has seen the Austin area market recently. It’s incredibly hot and hugely benefitting the sellers. Most of my friends had been looking for a home for 8+ months and had already written 10+ offers, all of which were beat out!
